September 21, 2020 – Andres Smith, Readers Services Librarian at Williamsburg Regional Library presented “WRL 101” the library on-line.

October 19, 2020 – Rick Chase presented “Everything You Wanted to Know About Zoom – But Were Afraid to Ask”. Rick covered the Zoom basics, pricing, hosting a meeting, sending invitations, etc.

November 16, 2020 – Rick Chase presented iOS 14. Rick covered the hi-lights of this new OS including the features that you would most likely want to use.

December 1, 2020 – Howard Maltz presented an overview of Google Maps and Google Earth.

January 18, 2021 – Rick Chase presented “Everything You Always Want to Know About Email-But Were Afraid to Ask. A panel discussion followed hosted by Rick, Bob Zornetzer, and Michael Olds.

February 15, 2021 – Rick Chase and Tom Lamb presented “Everything You Wanted to Know About Google but Were Afraid to Ask”. Many of the Google apps were presented with a brief discussion of their functionality and cost, if any. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session.

March 15, 2021 – Chris Gavrilic, owner of G Computers, discussed security issues in this age of connectivity. Chris talked about detecting and clearing PC and Mac infections and ways to avoid them in the future.

April 19, 2021 – Rick Chase presented ‘Everything You Wanted to Know about Zoom- Part 1″. Rick presented the basics of using Zoom including signing up for service, setting your profile, the Zoom toolbar, and many additional items.

May 17, 2021 – Rick Chase presented Part 2 of “Everything You Wanted to Know About Zoom”. Many topics were covered for both the participant and the presenter education.

June 17, 2021 – Rick Chase, Tom Lamb, and Howard Maltz presented “Thinking of or Needing to Replace Your PC?”. A discussion of the pros and cons of PC/MAC, tablet, and Chromebook options.
