September 19, 2022 – At the September meeting, Rick Chase presented 1) How to access Apple iOS Basic Apps (Apple Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, etc.) & Files in iCloud Drive on your Windows PC; and 2) How to take screenshots on almost any device.
December 19, 2022 – Rick Chase presented “Whats new in iOS 16
February 20, 2023 – Chris G presented “Spring Cleanup”, an overview of what every PC/MAC user needs to do to ensure ongoing performance of their computers. Chris talked about programs to use for maintenance and also some to avoid using.
March 20, 2023 – At the March meeting,glofiber personnel presented an overview of their Ford’s Colony project. They discussed the benefits of fiber, reviewed their package offerings for TV services and internet speed options and presented their tentative construction plans for Ford’s Colony.
April 17, 2023 – Rick Chase presented “cloud Computing and Cloud Storage”. He explained the difference between the two and then reviewed costs for each service.
May 15, 2023 – Rick Chase presented Scams and Password Managers.
June 19, 2023 – Linda Maltz presented “Artificial Intelligence – the good, the bad, and the ugly. Linda presented the various definitions of the AI-era as well as the plus and minuses of the AI revolution.
